Verge Dance Company is Boston University’s first performing and training dance company that concentrates on elemental ballet training and classical Chinese technique and choreography. Group members are mostly from Asia. The rehearsals are at Fitrec room 133 from 8-10 pm on every Thursday.
Through my friend Audrey, who is a member of Verge, I contacted the executive board’s members and asked their permission for shooting on Oct. 5th. Dancers in this photo story are Audrey Xu, Carmen Rao, Yibei Ji, and Jessie Yang. They are all sophomore students at BU.
The four girls are practicing a new fan dancing show for upcoming performance.
